From panel warehouse entry to on-site installation, every step is recorded in the system — scan the code, trace the record.
Warehouse entry — every panel coded on arrival
Each panel gets a dedicated QR code on arrival, logged into the warehouse system and linked with ERP. Source, batch and storage location — scan to check.
Job splitting — one drawing, many pieces, one code each
Detail drawings are split into piece-by-piece production drawings, with dimensions, colour, drilling, edge banding, notches, handle grooves and light-strip grooves fully specified. Data goes straight to the server — a paperless flow. Every printed QR code is a “clone” of the panel once it is cut.
Smart production — a digital line, every step recorded
Material picking, CNC cutting, fully automatic heavy-duty servo laser edge banding, automatic six-sided drilling — machines are linked by roller conveyors, so semi-finished parts glide between stations: less lifting, less handling damage. Data from every process enters the system in real time.
Inspection & packing — machine and human checks
Automated equipment inspection plus manual quality check — a double gate. Automatic packing, finished goods to warehouse, inspection records travel with the goods.
Transport & installation — clear roles, clear responsibility
The transport team handles loading, shipping and handling; goods are placed by area on site and photographed as evidence. The installation team then arrives and unpacks for inspection on the spot. Damage during transport is the transport team’s responsibility — clear accountability, full video documentation. Progress is photographed daily with timestamp cameras, and photos are reported back to the company the same day.
