The container arrives. Then what?
Who installs it? What if parts are missing? Who answers when something goes wrong? Many suppliers go quiet after shipping. We don’t.

We plan for the mistakes before they happen
Before the order is complete, we review the project as a site condition, not a paper list. Edges, corner pieces, transport-sensitive panels: these are where failures usually occur. We identify those points and add spare stock before production closes. The goal is not to overpack. It is to make sure one missing or damaged piece cannot stop an entire installation.
- We pre-identify edges, corners, and transport weak points per project.
- Spare parts are reserved before production finishes, not improvised later.
- One small missing part is not allowed to stall the site.

Trial assembly, then inspection
Once production is ready, we inspect before packing. Where the order allows, we trial-assemble one complete set in the factory. That process catches dimensional errors, misaligned holes, and poor edge finishing while the problem is still ours to fix. After assembly, the pieces are checked against the order, then packed. We would rather find the issue in our workshop than on your site.
- We trial-assemble one set when project conditions allow it.
- Dimension, hole alignment, and edge issues are checked before packing.
- Problems are fixed in the factory, not shipped to the site.

Direct Installation or Technical Supervision
In markets where our installation team can enter, LISNS handles on-site installation directly. Where labor entry is restricted—such as parts of Europe—we provide on-site technical supervision: our technicians guide unpacking, sequence, workmanship, and acceptance standards while local teams execute. Both modes conclude with item-by-item acceptance against the order, buyer sign-off, and handover of use and maintenance instructions.
- LISNS installs directly in markets where our own team is legally permitted to enter.
- Restricted markets receive on-site technical guidance covering unpacking, assembly sequence, workmanship, and acceptance criteria; local teams execute.
- Every project closes with item-by-item acceptance against the order, buyer sign-off, and use and maintenance handover.
A support team that answers
After handover, support does not end with a sales chat. If something fails or looks wrong, your team sends photos or short videos. Our technical staff reviews them remotely, identifies the likely cause, and confirms responsibility and next steps in writing. Small issues can often be resolved without sending people across borders. The record stays in the project file, not in someone’s private messages.
- Photos or videos are enough for a first remote diagnosis.
- Responsibility and solution are confirmed in writing, not informal chat.
- Small problems are handled remotely without unnecessary cross-border travel.
