Where machines stop, hands take over.
Solid-colour lacquered furniture — white and painted finishes for high-end residences. Most processes are done by hand — white-body work, sanding, finishing: every step is the craftsmanship of experienced woodworkers. Job splitting and cutting are driven by digital systems: paperless splitting, precision CNC cutting.
From white-body to a solid-colour painted finish, human hands are part of every step; job splitting and cutting are driven by digital systems, so efficiency and precision never slip.

Hand Cutting
Panels are cut by hand to project dimensions. Accuracy at this stage determines how every joint, edge and seam comes together later.

Assembly
Assembly, joining and bonding are entirely by hand. Seamless or near-seamless from the very start, the premium feel comes naturally. A complex piece takes one woodworker a long time — every piece is a one-of-a-kind handwork.
First sanding & cleaning
Woodworkers sand first — no burrs, no splinters — then blow the dust clean with air guns. White-body acceptance is done by both the team leader and the quality inspector — problems die at the white-body stage, before the booth.

Primer Spraying
A base coat is sprayed onto the white body to seal the surface and give every following coat a stable foundation. The primer is applied evenly, then left to dry before the next sanding stage.

Primer Sanding
After the primer coat, pieces are sanded by hand — every surface checked and smoothed, ready for the next coat.

Topcoat Sanding
After the top coat, the final sanding is done by hand — light in one hand, sandpaper in the other, checking every detail until the surface is smooth and even.

Dust-free booth
More coats is not better — the right process is. The coating system is chosen by product: one more spray does not mean better. The booth is dust-free — a single speck means redoing the whole piece. Temperature- and humidity-controlled drying rooms with multiple AC units let the film cure in a stable environment.

Inspection & repair
Before packing, every lacquered piece is inspected by hand for defects and repaired on the spot. Nothing is packed until it passes this final look.

Three-person final check
In the packing shop, the lacquer team leader, the quality inspector and the packing team leader accept the piece together — if damage slips through, the packing team leader bears 40% of the responsibility, tied directly to performance.

Protective Film
Finished lacquered surfaces are covered with protective film by hand — clean from the factory floor to the installation site.
Packing & labeling
Packed pieces are labeled for dispatch. Every piece gets a QR code after packing, tracking the rest of its journey.
